They showed up at 12:15 on a 12 - 4 time frame which was amazing! My door broke and my cars were stuck for 2 days in the garage. They didn't nickel and dime me, did just what I asked. Absolutely professional and customer focused. I had a garage door opener installed. They showed up on time when they said they would. Fellow who showed up was professional and quick. He even adjusted the door, etc. which was installed by another company. Now after his adjustments, the door works perfectly and so does the opener. I recently had two new garage doors installed by Davis Door. Installers were on time and courteous and no nonsense - they got immediately to business removing the old doors and installing the new ones. The fit was perfect. I actually enjoyed dealing with this company! The phone was answered by a friendly and helpful woman who asked about my needs and scheduled me at the earliest possible date for a basic "check-up" and "tune-up". The service tech arrived on time. He examined everything and patiently showed me what he was going to do and explained why. I did not feel as though he was rushing to get on to the next job, but rather that he cared about my understanding and satisfaction. I basically just needed a hinge adjusted and a thorough lubrication of all springs and hinges. As a senior-age woman, I appreciate that a company does not try to sell me parts and services that I do not need. Plus, I appreciate being treated with respect. The service call cost me $70 and was well worth my peace of mind!
